胶束强化混凝沉淀处理冶炼烟气制酸废水研究

Study on the Treatment of Smelting Flue Gas Acid Making Wastewater by Micellar Enhanced Coagulative Precipitation

摘要 针对江苏某铜冶炼企业外排的冶炼烟气制酸废水无法稳定达标排放的问题。采用四硅氧烷改性谷胱甘肽-聚合硫酸铝铁(TSMG-PAFS)作为混凝剂,通过静态试验探究TSMG-PAFS中TSMG的质量分数、TSMG-PAFS的投加量、初始pH、混凝时间等因素对胶束强化混凝沉淀工艺处理冶炼烟气制酸废水效果的影响,并针对江苏某铜冶炼企业冶炼烟气制酸废水深度处理的需求,在原有工艺的基础上增设胶束强化混凝沉淀工艺技术开展冶炼烟气制酸废水处理工程运行试验。试验结果表明,在TSMG-PAFS中TSMG的最佳质量分数为0.25%,TSMG-PAFS的最佳投加量为90 mg/L,初始pH为9~10,混凝沉淀时间3.0 h。在此条件下,对静态试验步骤(3)所得处理水3的COD、SS、Cd、Pb、Zn、Ni、Cu和As去除率分别为72.1%、92.3%、85.5%、83.7%、82.8%、81.6%、78.3%和31.8%。工程运行试验结果表明,系统出水的COD、SS,以及Cd、Pb、Zn、Ni、Cu和As等重金属离子浓度均达到《铜、镍、钴工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25467-2010)中“表3”直接排放限值的要求。 Regarding the problems of unable to meet the standard of stable discharge when treating smelting flue gas acid making wastewater of a copper smelter enterprise in Jiangsu.The smelting flue gas acid making wastewater is treated using the tetrasiloxane modified glutathione-polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate(TSMG-PAFS)as a coagulant.The influence of the mass frac-tion of TSMG in TSMG-PAFS,the dosage of TSMG-PAFS,initial pH and coagulation time on the treatment efficiency of the smelting flue gas acid making wastewater by micellar enhanced coagulative precipitation process is also investigated,And in response to the demand for advanced treatment of smelting flue gas acid making wastewater in a copper smelting enterprise in Jiangsu,on the basis of the original process,an engineering operation test of smelting flue gas acid making wastewater treatment is added to carried out using micellar enhanced coagulative precipitation technique.The results show that when the optimal mass fraction of TSMG in the TSMG-PAFS is 0.25%,the optimal dosage of TSMG-PAFS is 90 mg/L,initial pH is 9~10 and coagulative precipitation time is 3.O h.Under these conditions,the removal efficiency of COD,SS,Cd,Pb,Zn,Ni,Cu and As in treated water 3 obtained from static test step(3)are 72.1%,92.3%,85.5%,83.7%,82.8%,81.6%,78.3%and 31.8%,respectively.The engineering operation test results show that the concentrations of COD,SS and heavy metal ions including Cd,Pb,Zn,Ni,Cu and As in effluent reaches the demands of the Table 3 direct emission limit value of Pollutant discharge standard for copper,nickel and cobalt industry(GB 25467-2010).
