摘要
“专思创三元融合”理念的核心是将专业知识、思维能力和创新创业能力三者有机结合起来,夯实专业基础、提升思维支撑能力、拓展创新创业能力等理念构建,形成一个相互促进、相互提升的培养体系。以广西桂林旅游学院旅游数据专业类为例,构建基于“专思创三元融合”的创新型人才培养体系,第一注重基础知识和基本技能的培养,第二强化实践能力和创新思维的训练,第三提升管理能力和创新创业能力;教学中开展专业与创新融合、形式上校企合作,旨在培养出既具备专业知识和技能,又具备创新思维和创业能力的复合型人才。
The core of the concept of"triple integration of professional knowledge,thinking ability,and innovation and entrepreneurship ability"is to organically combine professional knowledge,thinking ability,and innovation and entrepreneurship ability,consolidate professional foundation,enhance thinking support ability,and expand innovation and entrepreneurship ability,forming a mutually promoting and enhancing training system.Taking the tourism data major of Guilin Tourism University in Guangxi as an example,we will construct an innovative talent training system based on the"integration of expertise,creativity,and creativity".Firstly,we will focus on the cultivation of basic knowledge and skills,secondly,we will strengthen the training of practical and innovative thinking,and thirdly,we will enhance our management and innovation and entrepreneurship abilities;The integration of professional and innovative approaches and formal school enterprise cooperation in teaching aims to cultivate composite talents who possess both professional knowledge and skills,as well as innovative thinking and entrepreneurial abilities.
