Artificial Intelligence Empowers Vocational College Teachers to Reshape Their Roles:Technological Dividends,Hidden Risks,and Coping Strategies

摘要 人工智能的快速迭代与广泛应用正在引发职业教育的深刻变革,如何善用人工智能技术赋能高职教师角色重塑,成为当前职业教育数字化转型的核心议题。深入探讨人工智能赋能高职教师角色重塑的技术红利和风险隐忧,有助于探索构建人机协同的智慧型教育新范式,为人工智能更好地赋能高素质专业化高职教师队伍建设提供有益参考。在新一轮科技革命的赋能机遇中,人工智能应用能够在产教融合、精准教学、协同创新、双师培养四个方面正向赋能教师角色重塑,但同时也潜藏着教育主体性消解、教育伦理失范、师生交流异化及创新生态恶化四方面隐患。对此,唯有强化教师主体意识、完善数据治理机制、重构师生教育交往并回归创新本质,方能在技术洪流中锚定时代育人坐标,守住“立德树人”的育人初心。 The rapid iteration and widespread application of artificial intelligence are triggering pro-found changes in vocational education.How to make good use of artificial intelligence technology to empow-er vocational college teachers to reshape their roles has become a core issue in the current digital transfor-mation of vocational education.In depth exploration of the technological dividends and hidden risks of artifi-cial intelligence empowering the reshaping of the role of vocational college teachers can help explore the construction of a new paradigm of intelligent education based on human-machine collaboration,and pro-vide useful references for artificial intelligence to better empower the construction of a high-quality and spe-cialized vocational college teacher team.In the empowerment opportunities of the new round of technologi-cal revolution,the application of artificial intelligence can positively empower teachers to reshape their roles in four aspects:industry education integration,precision teaching,collaborative innovation,and dual-qualified teacher training.However,at the same time,there are also hidden dangers in four aspects:the dis-solution of educational subjectivity,the loss of educational ethics,the differentiation of teacher-student communication,and the deterioration of innovation ecology.Only by strengthening teachers'subjectivity,improving data governance mechanisms,reconstructing teacher-student educational communication,and re-turning to the essence of innovation can we anchor the era's educational coordinates in the tide of technolo-gy and uphold the original intention of"cultivating virtue and nurturing talents".
