摘要
本文系统探讨了创新链产业链资金链人才链深度融合的理论逻辑与实践路径,从创新链、产业链、资金人才要素三方面,深入分析了陕西省在“四链”融合中面临的困境与矛盾,并以西咸新区秦创原总窗口(以下简称“总窗口”)为实践样本,总结提炼了总窗口“创新驱动+需求牵引+要素匹配”模式,为陕西省乃至全国范围内创新驱动发展提供理论参考与实践范式。
This paper systematically discusses the theoretical logic and practical path of the deep integration of innovation,industrial,capital and talent chains.It analyzes the dilemmas and contradictions faced by Shaanxi Province in the integration of the“four”chains from the three aspects of the innovation chain,industrial chain,capital and talent elements,and takes the Qinchuangyuan General Window of Xixian New Area as a practical sample,summarizing and refining the“innovationdriven+demand-pulling+factors-matching”mode of the General Window,which will provide theoretical reference and practical paradigm for the development of innovation-driven development of Shaanxi Province and even the whole country.
