摘要
目的:分析扶正解毒汤联合常规西药治疗系统性红斑狼疮的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月南通市如东县掘港镇中心卫生院收治的60例系统性红斑狼疮患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为参考组(30例)和试验组(30例)。参考组采用常规西药治疗,试验组在参考组基础上加用扶正解毒汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、免疫指标、症状积分及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于参考组(P=0.044)。治疗后,两组免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M水平降低(P<0.05),且试验组低于参考组(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组皮疹、发热、关节痛评分降低(P<0.05),且试验组低于参考组(P<0.001)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:扶正解毒汤联合常规西药治疗系统性红斑狼疮的临床效果显著,可缓解患者临床症状,改善免疫功能,且安全性较高。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Fuz heng Jiedu decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods:A total of 60 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to Nan⁃tong City Rudong County Juegang Town Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study sub⁃jects.They were divided into reference group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Fu⁃zheng Jiedu decoction on the basis of reference group.The therapeutic effect,immune index,symptom integral and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall response rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the refer⁃ence group(P=0.044).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.001).After treat⁃ment,the scores of rash,fever and arthralgia in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.001).There was no statistical difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions be⁃tween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Jiedu decoction combined with conventional western medicine has significant clinical effect in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus,and can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve im⁃mune function,and have high safety.
