压力容器常用爆破片破裂性能研究现状概述 被引量:1

摘要 爆破片作为有效的防护技术广泛应用于具有爆炸风险的容器和设备上。作为爆炸泄放关键技术,爆破片破裂失效所引发的事故伤害不可估量。通过对压力容器常用爆破片破裂性能研究现状概述与分析,总结了爆破片的分类形式与结构特点。论述了静态载荷和动态载荷作用下爆破片破裂失效形式及使用寿命影响因素,以及爆破片爆破性能检测关键技术。基于此,在总结当前压力容器常用爆破片破裂性能和使用寿命研究现状基础上,明确提出爆破片应关注的重点并阐述应关注发展的方向。为完善石化装置爆破片破裂理论并确保社会经济可持续健康发展起到积极的促进作用。 Bursting discs as effective protective techniques are widely used on the vessel and equipment with explosion risks.As a key technology for explosive release,the accident damage caused by the failure of bursting discs is immeasurable.Through the overview and analysis of the current research status on the rupture performance of commonly used rupture discs in pressure vessels,the classification forms and structural characteristics of bursting discs was summarized.And the failure modes and influence factors on its service life under static and dynamic loads were discussed,as well as the key technologies for bursting performance.On the basis of summarizing the current research status on the rupture performance and service life of commonly used rupture discs in pressure vessels,the clearly proposed the key points that should be paid attention to for bursting discs and elaborated on the development direction.Based on this,the shortcomings and development directions of the research were proposed.To improve the rupture theory of bursting discs in petrochemical plants and ensure sustainable and healthy socio-economic development,it played a positive promoting role.
