随着海洋石油工程需求的增长及技术的进步,数字化交付已成为提高项目效率和质量的关键手段。文章系统分析了工程数字化交付的现状,探讨了数字化交付与传统工程交付的差异、国内外发展趋势以及海洋石油工程中的先进实践案例。文章详细讨论了针对海洋石油工程的数字化交付标准和平台的构建目标及其实施策略,同时探讨了标准体系构建的方法论、数字化交付平台的功能与技术优势及其商业价值。通过构建一套完整的体系和高效的交付平台,本文展望了数字化交付模式在海洋石油工程的应用前景及其宏观经济效益,为行业的数字化转型提供了理论与实践的参考。
As the demand in the oil and gas industry grows and technology advances,digital delivery has become key to enhancing project efficiency and quality.This paper systematically analyzes the current state of engineering digital delivery,exploring the differences between traditional and digital delivery,trends at home and abroad,and advanced practice cases in the oil and gas sector.It discusses in detail the objectives and implementation strategies for constructing digital delivery standards and platforms tailored to marine engineering in the oil and gas industry.Additionally,it examines the methodologies for building standard systems,the functionalities and technological advantages of digital delivery platforms,and their business value.By establishing a comprehensive system and an efficient delivery platform,this paper anticipates the application prospects and macroeconomic benefits of digital delivery models in the oil and gas industry,providing theoretical and practical references for the industry′s digital transformation.
