基于简化履带板模型试验的深海沉积物变形行为分析

摘要 利用深海集矿机采集海底结核矿石是当前海底采矿业的主流开采方式,但目前为止,大部分的研究多聚焦于矿车自身的性能方面,而对于履带荷载作用下海床地基土的响应方面却关注不多。本研究利用纳基膨润土与水的混合物模拟海底沉积物,开展简化履带板压陷-剪切试验,使用高速摄像系统及DIC数字图像技术处理,获得简化履带板竖向压陷及水平剪切作用下的深海沉积模拟土样的全断面位移场分布信息,并对此结果进行有限元数值模拟对照分析。经分析,得到如下规律:履齿竖向压入土体内的过程中,土体产生变形扰动影响的范围呈现以履齿为中心的半圆形分布,越靠近履齿位置的土体扰动程度越大;履齿在剪切过程中主要对行进过程中的土体产生扰动,且主要影响扰动了履齿高度内剪切方向的土体。通过上述试验总结的规律,可以为今后履带车的履带参数优化设计以及海床区域稳定性评价提供参考。 The use of deep-sea ore collectors to collect seabed nodular ores is the mainstream mining method in the current seabed mining industry.However,research has largely focused on collector performance,with limited investigation into the response of seabed soil under tracked vehicle loads.Using Na-bentonite to simulate deep-sea sediments,simplified track plate penetration-shear tests were conducted.High-speed imaging and digital image correlation(DIC)were employed to obtain the full-section displacement field distribution information of deep-sea sedimentary simulated soil samples under the vertical indentation and horizontal shearing of the simplified track plate.Results indicate that soil deformation induced by the track teeth exhibits a semi-circular distribution centered on the teeth,with greater disturbance near the teeth.During shearing,the track teeth primarily disturb the soil in the direction of travel,mainly affecting the soil within the height of the teeth.These findings offer insights for optimizing track parameters and assessing seabed stability.
