摘要
随着城市发展和改革开放的不断深入,当前我国面临着产业结构调整的巨大机遇,许多旧工业建筑处于闲置状态,亟需引入绿色建筑理念,使旧工业建筑焕发新生。以长沙市肉联厂为例,从室外环境改善、厂房空间与环境优化、可再生能源利用、废弃物处理及循环利用等方面入手,进行绿色改造设计,并用ENVI-met软件计算对比长沙市肉联厂改造设计前后的风环境和热环境,对绿色改造设计成效进行验证,探索适宜长沙市的旧工业建筑绿色改造设计策略。
With the deepening of urban development and reform and opening up,China is currently faced with a great opportunity for industrial structure adjustment,consequently many old industrial buildings are idle,thus it is urgent to introduce the concept of green building,so as to revitalize old industrial buildings.Taking Changsha meat joint plant as an example,the green transformation design was carried out from the aspects of outdoor environment improvement,plant space and environment optimization,renewable energy utilization,waste treatment and recycling,etc.ENVI-met software was used to calculate and compare the wind environment and thermal environment before and after the transformation design of the plant,and the effectiveness of the green transformation design was verified,so as to explore the green transformation design strategy of old industrial buildings suitable for Changsha.
