摘要
从提升水文监测安全能力的角度,立足宁夏基层水文监测现状,深入阐述宁夏水文监测工作中存在的问题,探讨改善宁夏水文监测方式的具体路径,提出健全管理体制、提升人员素质、实施水文设施提档工程等针对性对策建议,以消除宁夏水文监测工作中存在的安全隐患,为提升宁夏水文监测安全能力水平提供可借鉴的理论依据。
From the perspective of enhancing the safety capacity of hydrological monitoring,based on the current situation of hydrological monitoring at the grassroots level in Ningxia,the problems existing in the hydrological monitoring work in Ningxia are deeply expounded,the specific paths to improve the hydrological monitoring methods in Ningxia are explored,and targeted countermeasures and suggestions are puts forward such as improving the management system,enhancing the quality of personnel,and implementing the upgrading project of hydrological facilities,in order to eliminate the safety hazards existing in the hydrological monitoring work in Ningxia.It aims to provide a theoretical basis for improving the safety capacity and level of hydrological monitoring in Ningxia.
