开关线性混合电源设计

Design of switched-linear power supply

摘要 随着粒子加速器物理实验的深入研究,对束流质量的要求逐渐提高。为获得极高稳定度和极低噪声的磁场环境,分析设计了开关模式和线性模式结合的高精度直流励磁电源。前级开关电源提供稳定的功率来源,串联后级线性电源控制电流线性放大后进行输出。在电源电流和管压降控制环路基础上,通过对关键部件的温度补偿措施,进一步提高了输出电流的稳定度;通过对后级线性电源的模块化设计,减小了电源体积并提高了运维便利性。实测结果表明:8 h长期电流稳定度达到1.3×10^(-6),且噪声极低。 With the in-depth study of particle accelerator physics experiments,the requirements for higher beam quality have gradually increased.To obtain a magnetic field environment with extremely high stability and extremely low noise,a high-precision DC excitation power supply combining switching mode and linear mode was analyzed and designed.The front-end switching power supply provides a stable power source,and the back-end linear power supply is connected in series to control the linear amplification of the current for output.Based on the control loop of power supply current and tube voltage drop,the stability of the output current has been further improved through temperature compensation measures for key components.Through the modular design of the back-end linear power supply,the volume of the power supply has been reduced and the convenience of operation and maintenance has been improved.The measured results show that the long-term current stability for 8 h reaches 1.3×10^(−6),and the noise is extremely low.
