摘要
为研究不同遮光条件对5个月季品种光合功能和叶绿素荧光特性的影响,采用盆栽试验,设置全光照的25%、50%、75%以及100%4种光强处理,探索5种月季的耐阴能力。结果表明:随着遮光程度的提高,叶片厚度、比叶质量下降幅度最大的为‘莫奈’和‘瑞典女王’,下降幅度最小的为‘浪漫宝贝’;‘莫奈’和‘瑞典女王’光饱和点、光补偿点和最大净光合速率均在50%光强时达到最高值,‘浪漫宝贝’和‘珊瑚’的光饱和点、光补偿点和最大净光合速率随着遮阴程度的增强而表现出下降的趋势,表现出对强光的适应性;5种月季的F_(v)/F_(m)、F_(v)/F_(0)、q P在50%光强和75%光强下均有不同程度的降低。综合叶片厚度、比叶质量、光合指标和关键叶绿素荧光参数,认为5个月季品种均具有耐轻度遮光的能力。‘莫奈’和‘瑞典女王’耐中度遮光能力较强,‘浪漫宝贝’耐中度、重度遮光的能力较弱。
In order to study the effects of different shading conditions on photosynthetic function and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of five Rosa cultivars,pot experiment was conducted with four light intensity treatments:25%,50%,75%and 100%full light.The results showed that:with the increase of shading degree,'Claude Monet'and'Queen of Sweden'had the largest decline in leaf thickness and leaf mass per area,while'Baby Romantica'had the smallest decline.The light saturation point(LSP),light compensation point(LCP),and maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pmax)of'Claude Monet'and'Queen of Sweden'peaked under 50%light intensity,whereas‘Baby Romantica'and'Coral'exhibited a decreasing trend in LSP,LCP,and Pmax with increasing shade,indicating their adaptation to strong light.F_(v)/F_(m),F_(v)/F_(0)and qP decreased in varying degrees under moderate and severe shading.Based on leaf thickness,leaf mass per area,photosynthetic index and important chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,it is considered that the five Rosa cultivars have the ability to resist light shading.'Claude Monet'and'Queen of Sweden'have strong resistance to moderate shade,while'Baby Romantica'has weak resistance to moderate and severe shading.
