生成式人工智能(AI)为高校图书馆智能化转型开辟了全新路径,从ChatGPT到DeepSeek的演进将重塑高校图书馆服务范式。解析了DeepSeek的技术内核,揭示了它对高校图书馆的深层次影响。基于研究结果,指出在服务维度方面,DeepSeek的引入将重塑参考咨询服务、信息素养教育、知识发现服务与特殊群体服务;在资源维度方面,DeepSeek将驱动资源建设实现生产、组织、评价与管理的全链条革新;在治理维度方面,DeepSeek将使高校图书馆突破传统服务疆界,实现资源形态嬗变与馆员职能升级。
Generative artificial intelligence(AI)has opened up a new path for the intelligent transformation of university libraries,and the evolution from ChatGPT to DeepSeek will reshape the service paradigm of university libraries.This paper analyzes the technical core of DeepSeek and reveals its deep impact on university libraries.Based on the research results,it points out that in terms of the service dimension,the introduction of DeepSeek will reshape reference consultation services,information literacy education,knowledge discovery services and services for special groups;in terms of the resource dimension,DeepSeek will drive resource construction to achieve full-chain innovation in production,organization,evaluation and management;and in terms of governance dimension,DeepSeek will enable university libraries to break through the boundaries of traditional services and achieve the transformation of resource forms and the upgrading of librarian functions.
