羟基-α-山椒素药理学作用及其作用机制研究进展

摘要 目的总结羟基-α-山椒素的药理学作用及其作用机制,探讨其多靶点治疗潜力。方法采用计算机检索PubMed,Web of Science,中国知网(CNKI)等数据库,筛选有关花椒及其化学成分的药理学作用及其作用机制研究的文献,系统分析其化学成分羟基-α-山椒素在疾病模型中的药物效应学特征与分子机制。结果花椒的化学成分羟基-α-山椒素在多种疾病的治疗中展现出了显著的药理学作用,如改善阿尔茨海默病模型中的认知能力和神经退行性病变,调节血糖、改善胰岛素抵抗、减少糖尿病并发症,减轻体质量、抗肥胖,调血脂、改善非酒精性脂肪性肝病,抗炎、抗氧化,改善术后肠梗阻和心肌损伤,局部麻醉,抗肿瘤,镇痛,杀虫等。结论花椒的化学成分羟基-α-山椒素具有治疗多种疾病的潜在价值。该研究为花椒资源的深度开发提供了理论依据,也为进一步探索花椒中其他活性成分的药理学作用及其作用机制提供了研究思路。 Objective To summarize the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of hydroxyl-α-sanshool,and to investigate its multi-target therapeutic potential.Methods Literature related to the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium and its chemical components in the PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI and other databases were searched to systematically analyze the pharmacological characteristics and molecular mechanisms of its chemical component hydroxyl-α-sanshool in disease models.Results The chemical component hydroxyl-α-sanshool in Zanthoxyli Pericarpium has shown significant pharmacological effects in the treatment of various diseases,such as it can improve cognitive ability and neurodegenerative diseases in Alzheimer's disease model,regulate blood sugar,improve insulin resistance,reduce complications of diabetes,reduce body mass and anti-obesity,regulate blood lipids,improve non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,resist inflammation and oxidation,improve postoperative intestinal obstruction and myocardial injury,local anesthesia,anti-tumor,analgesia,and insecticidal,etc.Conclusion The chemical component hydroxyl-α-sanshool in Zanthoxyli Pericarpium has potential value in treating various diseases.This study provides a theoretical basis for the deep development of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium and also provides research ideas for further exploring the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of other active ingredients in Zanthoxyli Pericarpium.
