摘要
目的研究四君子汤联合营养干预对老年气阴两虚型食管鳞癌化疗患者的疗效。方法选取2019年5月—2021年1月界首市人民医院就诊的84例气阴两虚型老年食管鳞癌患者,根据随机数字分配表法分为对照组和试验组,每组42例。对照组采用化疗联合营养干预,试验组在与对照组相同干预的基础上加用四君子汤,2组均治疗6周。比较2组临床总有效率、中医症候有效率、免疫球蛋白水平、相关肿瘤标志物水平及不良反应。结果治疗后,试验组临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组中医症候总有效率高于对照组(97.62%vs 80.95%,P<0.05);相较于对照组,试验组IgA、IgG、IgM水平及营养相关指标值均明显升高,而试验组CEA、CA724及CA199水平明显降低(均P<0.05);试验组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤联合营养干预老年食管鳞癌化疗患者,可有效提高临床疗效,提升患者免疫功能,降低肿瘤标志物水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Sijunzi decoction combined with nutritional intervention on elderly patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)and Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 84 elderly ESCC patients with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome treated in People's Hospital of Jieshou City from May 2019 to January 2021 were selected.According to random number allocation table method,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received chemotherapy combined with nutritional intervention,while the experimental group was treated with Sijunzi decoction on the basis of the same intervention as the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The total clinical effective rate,effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes,immunoglobulin level,levels of related tumor markers and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM symptoms of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(97.62%vs 80.95%,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of IgA,IgG,IgM and nutrition-related indicators increased significantly in the experimental group,while the levels of CEA,CA724 and CA199 decreased significantly(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Sijunzi decoction and nutritional intervention can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy in elderly ESCC patients,enhance their immune function,and reduce tumor marker levels.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
