摘要
二十四节气是中华农耕文明优秀遗产的典范,遍布中国广大乡村、保护传承扎实有效、转化发展潜力巨大,包含着驱动经济发展的传统生计资源、崇尚自然之道的生态智慧资源、丰富群众生活的民间文艺资源以及构建和谐关系的道德规范资源。二十四节气赋能乡村振兴的实践路径包括:激发节气经济活力,推动文旅产业融合发展;挖掘节气生态智慧,促进人与自然和谐共生;活化节气文化传统,让乡村文明焕发新气象;注重节气道德教化,走好走稳乡村善治之路。持续深入推进节气遗产与乡村振兴融合发展,要始终根植传统,突出节气资源的区域性文化特色;正确处理节气资源保护、利用与发展的关系;坚持农民主体地位,激发乡村振兴内在动力。
The Twenty-four Solar Terms are an example of the excellent heritage of Chinese agrarian civilisation,which is spread across the vast countryside of China,with solid and effective protection and inheritance,and great potential for transformation and development,and contain traditional livelihood resources to drive economic development,ecological wisdom resources to advocate the way of nature,folklore resources to enrich the lives of the masses,and moral norms to build harmonious relationships.It contains traditional livelihood resources that drive economic development,ecological wisdom resources that respect the way of nature,folk arts and culture resources that enrich the lives of the masses,and moral norms resources that build harmonious relationships.The practical paths of the 24 solar terms to empower rural revitalisation include:stimulating the economic vitality of the solar terms and promoting the integrated development of cultural and tourism industries;tapping the ecological wisdom of the solar terms and promoting the harmonious coexistence of human beings and nature;revitalising the cultural traditions of the solar terms and making rural civilisation new;and focusing on the moral education of the solar terms and taking the road of good governance in the countryside.Continuing to promote the integration and development of festival heritage and rural revitalisation,we should always root in tradition and highlight the regional cultural characteristics of festival resources;correctly deal with the relationship between the protection,use and development of festival resources;adhere to the main position of the farmers,and stimulate the intrinsic motivation of rural revitalisation.
