摘要
技术生态的失调困境突出表现为两个层面:一是从历时性演化维度看,存在传统技术与新兴技术之间的关系失调;二是从共时性结构维度看,技术外生态中存在新兴技术与社会环境之间的协同偏差,技术内生态中存在基础研究与应用研究的两极分化式发展。不同层次的多重因素彼此作用、相互影响,最终呈现为技术生态整体关系的失调。通过剖析技术生态中的矛盾关系,可以更清晰地揭示当前技术发展模式中的困境机制,进而采取针对性措施,以推动构建协调且可持续的技术生态体系。
The dilemma of imbalance in technological ecology is manifested in two aspects:first,from the perspective of diachronic evolution,there is an imbalance between traditional technologies and emerging technologies.Second,from the perspective of synchronic structure,there is a synergy deviation between emerging technologies and the social environment in the external technological ecology,and there is a polarized development between basic research and applied research in the internal technological ecology.Multiple factors at different aspects interact and influence each other,ultimately resulting in an imbalance in the overall relationship of the technological ecology.By analyzing the contradictory relationships in the technological ecology,we can more clearly reveal the dilemma mechanism in the current technology development model,and then take targeted measures to promote the construction of a coordinated and sustainable technological ecology.
