摘要
目的:探讨丙泊酚复合氯化琥珀胆碱静脉麻醉对行无抽搐电休克治疗的精神障碍患者血流动力学影响及安全性。方法:选取2021年10月至2024年10月在徐州市东方人民医院接受无抽搐电休克治疗的82例精神障碍患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予依托咪酯联合氯化琥珀胆碱进行静脉麻醉,观察组给予丙泊酚联合氯化琥珀胆碱进行静脉麻醉。对比两组患者不同时间的生命体征变化、电击时各项指标变化及不良反应发生率。结果:电击时对照组舒张压、收缩压和心率波动明显,观察组仅心率出现一定波动,诱导后观察组心率、舒张压及收缩压低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组意识消失时间、自主呼吸恢复时间及苏醒时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:为行无抽搐电休克治疗的精神障碍患者采用丙泊酚复合氯化琥珀胆碱进行静脉麻醉可稳定生命体征,且起效快,苏醒质量优,安全性高。
Objective:To investigate the hemodynamic effects and safety of propofol combined with succinylcholine chloride intravenous anesthesia in modified electroconvulsive therapy(MECT)for patients with mental disorders.Methods:Eighty-two patients with mental disorders undergoing MECT at Xuzhou Oriental People’s Hospital from October 2021 to October 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group(41 cases each)using a random number table.The control group received etomidate combined with succinylcholine anesthesia,while the observation group received propofol combined with succinylcholine chloride.Vital sign changes at different time points,indicators during electroshock,and adverse reaction rates were compared.Results:During electroshock,the control group showed significant fluctuations in diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),and heart rate(HR),while the observation group only exhibited HR fluctuations.Post-induction HR,DBP,and SBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter time to loss of consciousness,spontaneous respiration recovery time,and awakening time(P<0.05).No significant difference in adverse reaction rates was observed(P>0.05).Conclusion:Propofol combined with succinylcholine chloride for MECT in mental disorder patients stabilizes vital signs,achieves rapid onset,improves awakening quality,and demonstrates high safety.
