摘要
目的系统分析国内外老年慢性病共病模式研究的共病模式识别结果、分析方法及数据来源,探讨当前挑战与未来展望,为优化共病精准防控策略及综合管理模式提供参考依据。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊数据库、PubMed、Web of Science 5个数据库,系统整理老年慢性病共病模式研究的相关文献。结果纳入32篇文献,高血压、高血糖、心脏病和卒中等疾病组成的心血管代谢性共病模式为识别一致性最高的共病模式,应用频率较高的分析方法为关联规则挖掘,数据来源以大型自然人群队列为主。结论应加强对老年慢性病共病模式的机制探索,结合多种方法优势开发高阶分析方法,推动多源数据整合,全面揭示老年慢性病共病模式的关系网络和内在规律。
Objective To analyze the identification results,analytical methods,and data sources of comor-bidity patterns in elderly chronic diseases,both domestically and internationally,to explore current challenges and future prospects.The aim is to provide a reference for optimizing precise prevention and control strategies as well as comprehensive management models for comorbidities.Methods A comprehensive literature re-view was conducted by searching five Chinese and English databases,including CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowl-edge Service Platform,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database,PubMed,and Web of Sci-ence,focusing on studies related to comorbidity patterns in elderly chronic diseases.Results A total of 32 ar-ticles were included in the analysis.The cardiovascular and metabolic comorbidity pattern,characterized by diseases such as hypertension,hyperglycemia,heart disease,and stroke,was identified as the most consis-tently recognized pattern.The most frequently used analytical method was association rule mining,with data primarily sourced from large natural population cohorts.Conclusions There is a need to enhance the explora-tion of the mechanism underlying comorbidity patterns in elderly chronic diseases.By leveraging the strengths of various methods to develop advanced analytical techniques and promoting the integration of multi-source data,we can comprehensively reveal the relational networks and intrinsic patterns of comorbidities in the elderlypopulation.
