摘要
路面标线是交通安全设施的重要组成部分,随着交通量增加,人们对其性能要求越来越高,选择合适的道路标线涂料,对于增强道路交通安全、提高路面标线使用效率具有重要意义。本研究概述了传统溶剂型涂料、热熔型涂料、双组分涂料、水性涂料这4种涂料的特点以及研究现状,并且提出了行业中所遇到的技术难点以及解决方案,总结出路面标线涂料的发展趋势,展望了未来路面标线涂料技术的发展方向。
Road marking is an important part of traffic safety facilities.The increase of traffic volume leads to the higher requirements on the performance of road marking.The selection of ap-propriate road marking coatings is of great significance for enhancing road traffic safety and improv-ing the efficiency of road marking.This paper summarizes the characteristics and status quo of the four types of coatings including traditional solvent-based coatings,thermo-melting coatings,two-component coatings and waterborne coatings,puts forward the technical difficulties and solutions thereto,summarizes the development trend of road marking coatings.
