某单层门式刚架厂房的优化设计分析

摘要 以某单层门式刚架厂房的设计为背景,对四种不同截面的连续檩条和对应的主刚架截面进行分析。通过PKPM结构计算软件进行计算分析,探讨了四种不同檩条截面下,对钢结构主刚架的影响,并比较了不同檩条截面下结构的整体含钢量以及综合经济效益。研究结果表明:随着檩条截面的逐步增加,主刚架的强度指标得到了充分利用,主刚架的含钢量更加快速降低,综合含钢量、经济指标逐步下降。 Based on the design of a single-storey portals steel frame factory building,the continuous purlins of four different cross-sections and the corresponding main frame cross-sections are analyzed.The calculation and analysis were carried out through the PKPM structural calculation software.the influences of four different purlin cross-sections on the main steel frame structure were discussed,and the overall steel amount and comprehensive economic benefits of the structure with different purlin cross-sections were compared.The results show that with the gradual increase of purlin cross section,the strength index of the main frame is fully utilized,the steel amount of the main frame decreases rapidly,and the comprehensive steel content and economic index gradually decrease.
