煤矿井下蓄电池电机车电磁兼容性设计

摘要 煤矿井下环境的特殊电磁条件要求电机车具备高度电磁兼容性。文章分析井下电磁干扰源头与特性,探讨蓄电池电机车在此环境中面临的主要电磁干扰问题,针对性地提出电磁兼容性设计原则,包括关键电子设备的抗干扰技术,以及电缆和接地系统的优化策略。实地测试和案例分析显示,通过策略的实施,电机车电磁干扰问题得到有效控制,确保其在极端环境下稳定运行和矿工的安全。 The special electromagnetic condition of underground environment of coal mine requires high electromagnetic compatibility of electric locomotive.This paper analyzes the source and characteristics of underground electromagnetic interference,discusses the main electromagnetic interference problems faced by accumulator electric locomotive in this environment,and puts forward the electromagnetic compatibility design principles,including anti-interference technology of key electronic equipment,and optimization strategy of cable and grounding system.Field tests and case studies show that through the implementation of the strategy,the electromagnetic interference problem of electric locomotives has been effectively controlled to ensure its stable operation in extreme environments and the safety of miners.
