摘要
为了保障海上油田的安全稳定运行,需要使用清水剂对水质进行净水处理,室内试验筛选出性能优异的清水剂BHQ-131,但由于其含有聚铝等易造成碳钢和不锈钢腐蚀的成分,应用几天就导致现场加药管线和药剂流程管线接入口腐蚀穿孔,需要频繁更换管线等。因此,通过添加降低腐蚀的成分,形成了低腐蚀型缓蚀清水剂BHQ-131D,实验结果表明,低腐蚀型清水剂BHQ-131D有较好的清水和缓蚀效果。
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of offshore oil fields,it is necessary to use water purifying agents to purify the water quality.The excellent water purifying agent BHQ-131 was screened out through indoor tests.However,due to the presence of components such as polyaluminium that can easily cause corrosion of carbon steel and stainless steel,the on-site dosing pipelines and the connection points of the chemical process pipelines were corroded and perforated within just a few days of application,requiring frequent pipeline replacement,etc.Therefore,by adding components that reduce corrosion,the low-corrosion corrosion inhibition and water purifying agent BHQ-131D was formed.
