摘要
分析基于Cox的健康行为互动模式对老年全膝关节置换术后患者健康结局的影响。选取2023年11月—2024年11月合肥医科大学附属医院骨科收治的104例全膝关节置换术后患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与试验组,每组各52例。对照组采用常规护理模式,试验组采用基于Cox的健康行为互动模式。比较两组患者的自我管理行为、功能锻炼依从性、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)。结果显示,试验组自我管理行为评分、功能锻炼依从性和HSS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对老年全膝关节置换术患者开展基于Cox的健康行为互动模式可以有效改善其健康结局,提升患者的生活质量,具有推广应用价值。
This study analyzes the impact of Cox’s Health Behavior Interaction Model on the health outcomes of elderly patients after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).A total of 104 patients who underwent TKA and were admitted to the Department of Ortho-pedics of Affi liated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from November 2023 to November 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing care,while the experimental group was intervened with Cox’s Health Behavior Interaction Model.Self-management behavior,functional exercise compliance,and Hos-pital for Special Surgery(HSS)knee score were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the self-management behavior score,functional exercise compliance,and HSS score of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that implementing Cox’s Health Behavior Interaction Model for elderly TKA patients can eff ec-tively improve their health outcomes and quality of life,making it worthy of promotion and application.
