摘要
美丽海湾的保护与建设工作,不仅是美丽中国在海洋领域的具体展现和实际操作平台,更是“十四五”规划期间以及未来相当长一段时间内,海洋生态环境保护工作的核心和主要方向,这不仅关乎海洋生态系统的健康与稳定,还涉及沿海地区经济的可持续发展以及人民群众生活质量的提升。为了保障美丽海湾建设可持续性健康发展,规范美丽海湾工程项目建设,避免有些地方可能借美丽海湾建设之名,行人工造景之实,破坏自然生态本底,加强对美丽海湾的生态环境评估与保护是非常重要的。基于此,本文对美丽海湾的生态环境评估与保护策略进行了深入的分析与探讨。
The protection and construction of beautiful bays is not only a concrete demonstration and practical platform for Beautiful China in the marine field,but also the core and main direction of marine ecological environment protection during the 14th Five Year Plan period and for a considerable period of time in the future.This work not only concerns the health and stability of marine ecosystems,but also involves the sustainable development of coastal economies and the improvement of people’s quality of life.To ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the construction of the beautiful bay,standardize the construction of the beautiful bay project,and avoid some places using the name of beautiful bay construction to artificially create scenery and damage the natural ecological background,it is still very important to strengthen the ecological environment assessment and protection of the beautiful bay.Based on this,this article conducts in-depth analysis and discussion on the ecological environment assessment and protection strategies of Beautiful Bay.
