摘要
为了有效地提高无铬鞣皮革的性能,本文通过调控复鞣剂的分子量,采用实验室制备与性能测试相结合的方法,系统分析了其对皮革填充性、柔软度、抗张强度及撕裂强度等关键性能的影响。结果表明,样品C(25 000分子量)的丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂能显著提升无铬鞣皮革的填充性、柔软度、抗张强度及撕裂强度等综合性能。这一研究结论为无铬鞣皮革的绿色化生产提供了科学依据和技术支持。
In order to effectively improve the performance of chromium free tanned leather,this paper systematically analyzed the infl uence of the molecular weight of the retanning agent on key properties such as leather filling,softness,tensile strength,and tear strength by combining laboratory preparation and performance testing.The results indicate that the acrylic resin retanning agent of sample C(25000 molecular weight)can signifi cantly improve the comprehensive properties such as filling,softness,tensile strength,and tear strength of chromium free tanned leather.This research conclusion provides scientific basis and technical support for the green production of chromium free tanned leather.
