生物基质中多溴联苯醚及其羟基化代谢物的性质、分布特征和分析方法

Properties,distribution characteristics and analytical methods of polybrominated diphenyl ethers and their hydroxylated metabolites in biological matrices

摘要 多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)是一类广泛应用于塑料、电子产品及纺织品制造中的高效溴化阻燃剂,已被列入关于持久性污染物的《斯德哥尔摩公约》管控名单.其中,十溴联苯醚已被列入我国重点管控新污染物清单.PBDEs经过各种途经进入环境后,沿食物链逐级富集,在生物体内部分可转化为羟基化多溴联苯醚(OH-PBDEs).OH-PBDEs与三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)和甲状腺素(T4)的结构相似度更高,对甲状腺激素的干扰明显强于PBDEs.当前,在水生生物和人体样本中检测到了这些污染物的踪迹,浓度水平通常为pg·mL^(−1)或者ng·mL^(−1).但是,生物样本中PBDEs和OH-PBDEs的联合暴露数据较少,OH-PBDEs研究对象种类有限,分析方法尚不完善.本文全面综述了PBDEs及OH-PBDEs的毒性效应、生物基质中的赋存水平和分布特征,探讨了针对这些化合物的样品前处理技术和仪器分析手段.同时,本文还分析了当前研究方法的局限性,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望,以期为推动PBDEs及其代谢物污染的有效监测与管理贡献智慧与力量. Polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs),a class of highly effective brominated flame retardants widely used in the manufacture of plastics,electronics and textiles,have been listed in the Stockholm Convention on persistent organic pollutants.Hereinto,decabromodiphenyl ether has been included in China's list of key controlled emerging pollutants.After entering the environment through various ways,PBDEs can be enriched along the food chain,and then some PBDEs can be converted into hydroxylated polybrominated diphenyl ethers(OH-PBDEs).Compared to PBDEs,OH-PBDEs exhibit a higher structural similarity to triiodothyronine(T3)and thyroxine(T4),resulting in stronger interference with thyroid hormone.At present,they have been detected in aquatic organisms and human body samples at trace-level(usually pg·mL^(−1) or ng·mL^(−1)).However,few researches are reported covering PBDEs and OH-PBDEs,owing to the limited types of OH-PBDEs and non-systematical analysis methods.This paper comprehensively reviews the toxic effects of PBDEs and OH-PBDEs,their occurrence and distribution characteristics in biological matrices,and discussed their sample pretreatment techniques and instrumental analysis methods.Additionally,this paper summarizes the limitations of current research methods,and looks forward to the future research direction,aiming to promote the effective monitoring and management of PBDEs and their metabolite pollution.
