移相整流变压器绕组结构与电磁特性研究

摘要 外延三角形移相整流变压器的移相绕组和基本绕组可采用辐向布置或轴向布置,本文作者对两种布置方式进行了绕组波过程的计算和磁场特性的仿真。移相绕组和基本绕组辐向布置时,在雷电冲击电压下绕组振荡电位高、梯度大,绝缘结构要多加考虑;移相绕组和基本绕组轴向布置时,油箱中磁通密度大,要防止局部过热。 The extended winding and the delta winding of the extended delta winding phase-shifting rectifier transformer can be arranged in either radial or axial direction.The calculation of winding wave process and the simulation of magnetic field characteristics are carried out in this paper.When the extended winding and the delta winding are arranged in the radial direction,the winding oscillation potential is high and the voltage gradient is large under the lightning impulse voltage,so the insulation structure is the key.When the extended winding and the delta winding are arranged axially,the magnetic flux density in the tank is large,and local overheating should be prevented.
