应用型本科院校医学生创新能力评价量表的构建

摘要 目的构建医学生创新能力评价量表,为合理评价应用型本科院校医学生创新能力提供依据。方法以创新能力倾向测验量表汉化版为基础,应用层次分析法构建医学生创新能力评价量表的基本框架;采用德尔菲法确定最终量表的指标体系及其权重;采用SPSS 22.0软件对相关数据进行统计分析。结果共遴选20名专家参与本研究,2轮专家咨询的问卷回收率均为100.0%,提建议率分别为20.0%和5.0%,权威系数分别为0.93±0.07和0.94±0.09;一级指标的适用性评分分别为(9.40±0.92)分和(9.48±0.46)分,一级指标的变异系数分别为9.59%±2.03%和8.22%±3.31%,一级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.143和0.288;二级指标的适用性评分分别为(9.16±0.53)分和(9.31±0.44)分,二级指标的变异系数分别为10.15%±1.34%和9.59%±1.94%,二级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.280和0.198。2轮咨询后专家意见趋于一致,研究结果可靠性较好。最终构建了包括4项一级指标、16项二级指标和相应权重的医学生创新能力评价量表。结论本研究构建的应用型本科院校医学生创新能力评价量表具有较强的科学性、适用性和可靠性,可以用于评价医学生创新能力,助力提高应用型本科医学院校创新人才培养质量,指导创新能力培养的教学实践工作。 Objective To construct an evaluation scale for the innovation ability of medical students,providing a abasis for the reasonable evaluation of the innovation ability of medical students in applicationoriented undergraduate colleges.Methods Based on the Chinese version of general innovation skills aptitude test,the basic framework of the innovation ability evaluation scale for medical student was constructed using analytic hierarchy process;the Delphi method was used to determine the final scales indicator system and its weights;SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 20 experts participated in this study,with a questionnaire return rate of 100.0%for two rounds of expert consultation,suggestion rates of 20.0%and 5.0%,and credibility coefficients of 0.93±0.07 and 0.94±0.09,respectively;the applicability scores for the first-level indicators were 9.40±0.92 and 9.48±0.46,the coefficient of variation for the first-level indicators were 9.59%±2.03%and 8.22%±3.31%,and the Kendalls coefficient of concordance for the first-level indicators were 0.143 and 0.288;the applicability scores for the second-level indicators were 9.16±0.53 and 9.31±0.44,the coefficient of variation for the second-level indicators were 10.15%±1.34%and 9.59%±1.94%,and the Kendalls coefficient of concordance for the second-level indicators were 0.280 and 0.198.After two rounds of consultation,the opinions of the experts tended to converge,and the research results were quite reliable.A innovation ability evaluation scale for medical student was ultimately established,including 4 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators,and corresponding weights.Conclusions The constructed innovation ability evaluation scale for medical students in applicationoriented undergraduate colleges has strong scientific,applicability,and reliability,which can be used to evaluate the innovation ability of medical students,help to improve the quality of innovative talent training in application-oriented undergraduate medical colleges,and guide the teaching practice of innovation ability training.
