船用柴发油电混合系统案例解析

摘要 为了降低某近海500吨级科考执法船供电系统的高能耗与高排放问题,突破传统柴油机低效高耗、污染大及锂电池续航不足等技术瓶颈,研发一种船用柴发油电混合系统。该系统采用智能能量调度策略与电力电子技术融合方案、集成电池寿命优化算法及柴油机智能启停控制模块,构建油电协同供能体系。实船测试显示:系统油电转换效率较传统模式提升41.3%,同时延长了柴油机保养周期,降低了船舶综合运维成本。该混合动力系统验证了中小型船舶动力升级的技术可行性,为未来融合光伏/风能等可再生能源、构建智能化船舶供电系统提供了可扩展的技术框架,对推进绿色航运具有示范价值。 In order to reduce the high energy consumption and high emission problems of the power supply system of a certain offshore 500 t scientific research and law enforcement vessel,and break through the technical bottlenecks such as low efficiency and high consumption of traditional diesel engines,large pollution and insufficient endurance of lithium batteries,a Marine diesel generator oil-electric hybrid system is developed.An intelligent energy management strategy is integrated with power electronics technology,combining a battery lifespan optimization algorithm and an intelligent diesel engine start-stop control module to establish a coordinated oil-electric power supply system.Ship testing demonstrated that the system improved oil-to-electricity conversion efficiency by 41.3%compared to conventional models,while extending diesel engine maintenance intervals and reducing the vessel’s maintenance costs.The hybrid system validates the technical feasibility of power system upgrades for small and medium-sized vessels.Its scalable framework supports future integration of renewable energy sources(e.g.,solar and wind)and lays a foundation for intelligent shipboard power systems,offering exemplary significance for advancing green maritime practices.
