摘要 本文旨在研究不同单元类型对印刷电路板式换热器(PCHE)有限元计算结果的影响,提出优化策略以提高计算精度和效率。基于Ansys Workbench软件对PCHE管箱接管-筒体结构进行应力分析,探究单元类型、单元技术和网格密度对薄膜应力的影响,并通过解析法验证计算可靠性(圆筒与接管薄膜应力偏差分别小于2.14%和8.03%)。进一步将该方法应用于PCHE芯体板片结构,结果表明:SOLID185一阶增强应变单元与SOLID186二阶缩减积分单元计算结果相近,但SOLID186在网格层数≤4时,计算效率更高,而SOLID185在网格层数≥4时,资源消耗更低。研究结果为PCHE的精细化设计与工程应用提供了理论支持。 This study aims to investigate the influence of different element types on the finite element calculation results of printed circuit heat exchangers(PCHE)and propose optimization strategies to improve computational accuracy and efficiency.Stress analysis was conducted on the PCHE channel box nozzle-cylinder structure using Ansys Workbench software,focusing on the effects of element types,element technologies,and mesh density on membrane stress.The computational reliability was validated through analytical methods,with deviations of cylindrical and nozzle membrane stresses being<2.14%and<8.03%,respectively.The methodology was further applied to the PCHE core plate structure.The results indicate that the SOLID185 linear enhanced strain element and SOLID186 quadratic reduced integration element yield comparable accuracy.However,SOLID186 demonstrates higher computational efficiency for meshes with≤4 layers,while SOLID185 exhibits lower resource consumption for meshes with≥4 layers.This research provides theoretical support for the refined design and engineering application of PCHEs.
