高升压速率下平板普通型与正拱普通型爆破片爆破性能研究

Study on bursting performance of flat ordinary bursting discs and conventional simple domed bursting discs under high pressure rise rates

摘要 针对高升压速率下平板普通型与正拱普通型爆破片的爆破性能差异问题,在升压速率0~950 MPa/s范围内,对两种爆破片进行爆破试验。结果表明,两种爆破片在慢升压速率下爆破性能相同,但在高升压速率下,平板普通型爆破片的爆破压力大于正拱普通型爆破片;正拱普通型爆破片在不同升压速率下爆破压的最大偏差为44.69%,而平板普通型爆破片在不同升压速率下爆破压的最大偏差为42.04%。通过变形行为对比分析,揭示了两种爆破片在高升压速率下爆破性能存在差异的原因。研究结果可为爆破片在高升压速率工况下的设计和应用提供参考。 To address the performance differences between flat ordinary bursting discs and conventional simple domed bursting discs under high pressure rise rates,burst tests were conducted for both types of discs within a pressure rise rate range of 0~950 MPa/s.Results show that both discs exhibit identical bursting performance at low pressure rise rates,but under high pressure rise rates,the bursting pressure of flat ordinary bursting discs exceeds that of conventional simple domed bursting discs.The maximum deviation in bursting pressure for conventional simple domed bursting discs across different pressure rise rates is 44.69%,while for flat ordinary bursting discs it is 42.04%.Through comparative analysis of deformation behavior,the reasons for the performance differences between the two discs under high pressure rise rates were revealed.These findings provide references for the design and application of bursting discs in high pressure rise rate conditions.
