深部复合软岩顶板大巷修护补强技术研究与应用

Research and application on repair and reinforcement technology for deep composite soft rock roof roadways

摘要 深部复合软岩顶板大巷围岩稳定性控制是煤炭开采领域尚未解决的难题。以万家庄煤业2号煤层复合软岩顶板大巷为工程背景,探究了复合软岩顶板结构组成及其剪切破坏机理,分析了抵抗顶板剪切错动的修护补强技术方案,并结合现场工业性试验对支护技术参数进行了优化。研究结果表明,2号煤层顶板10 m范围内均无稳定的关键承载层,主要为泥岩、砂质泥岩、细砂岩、煤等软弱薄层构成的复合软岩顶底板,抗剪强度低,易发生剪切滑移破坏;复合软岩顶板在高水平应力作用下的典型破坏方式是剪切破坏;复合软岩顶板大巷的修护补强方案主要是对抵抗顶板剪切错动的注浆锚索支护技术,能够大幅提升深部大巷的支护强度,围岩最大变形量为74.2 mm,支护效果显著改善,有力保障了工作面安全高效回采。研究成果为破解深部复合软岩顶板大巷围岩治理难题提供一条新的技术途径。 Control of the surrounding rock stability in deep composite soft rock roof main roadways is a challenging issue yet to be resolved in the coal mining industry.Taking the composite soft rock roof main roadways of the No.2 coal seam at Wanjiashang Coal Industry as the engineering background,the structural composition of the composite soft rock roof and its shear failure mechanism were investigated.It also analyzed the reinforcement and repair technologies to resist roof shear displacement and optimized the support parameters based on field industrial trials.The research results show that:there is no stable key bearing layer within 10 m of the roof of the No.2 coal seam,and the composite soft rock top and bottom plate,which mainly consists of weak and thin layers such as mudstone,sandy mudstone,fine sandstone,coal,et al,has a low shear strength and is prone to shear damage;the typical failure mode of composite soft rock roof under high-level stress is shear damage.The repair and reinforcement plan for the composite soft rock roof roadway mainly involves grouting anchor support technology to resist roof shear and displacement,which can significantly improve the support strength of deep roadway.The maximum deformation of the surrounding rock is 74.2 mm,and the support effect is significantly improved,effectively ensuring the safe and efficient mining of the working face.The research results provide a new technical way to solve the problem of deep composite soft-rock top plate alley perimeter rock management.
