含水率对采空区遗煤二次氧化自燃特性影响的实验研究

摘要 老空水导致国内众多矿区采空区遗煤长期受水浸泡,改变了遗煤的自燃规律,研究采空区遗煤因含水率不同而引起的二次氧化自燃特性变化十分必要。考虑到煤的自燃点为80℃,故设定预氧化温度为85℃,对煤样进行预氧化处理,再将煤样处理为含水煤样,设定3种含水率(3%、5%和7%),对含水煤样开展煤自燃实验测试。借助含水率与煤样自燃过程中生成的气体浓度对应规律,说明水分含量与煤氧化自燃过程之间的关系。研究结果表明,含水率超过5%的煤样更容易氧化,从而正向推进煤氧复合反应的进程;在一定的含水率范围内,含水率较高的煤样产生气体的时间更早,且产生气体的速率要更快,即含水率较高的煤样比含水率较低的煤样更容易发生自燃现象。研究成果可为采空区浸水后的遗煤自燃预防与控制提供理论依据。 The presence of old goaf water has led to the long-term immersion of residual coal in goafs in many domestic mining regions.It undoubtedly alters the spontaneous combustion patterns of the residual coal.It is necessary to study the changes in the secondary oxidation and spontaneous combustion characteristics of residual coal in goaf caused by different moisture contents.Considering that the spontaneous combustion point of coal is 80℃,the pre-oxidation temperature was set to 85℃,and the coal sample was pre oxidation treatment.Next,the coal sample was processed into a water containing coal sample,with three different water contents(3%,5%,and 7%)set.Then,coal spontaneous combustion tests were conducted on the water containing coal samples.Using the correspondence between moisture content and gas concentration generated during coal sample spontaneous combustion,the relationship between moisture content and coal oxidation spontaneous combustion process was explained.The research results indicate that more than 5%moisture can make coal more easily oxidized,thereby positively promoting the process of coal oxygen composite reaction.Within a certain range of moisture content,coal samples with higher moisture content produce gas earlier and at a faster rate.Coal samples with higher moisture content are more prone to spontaneous combustion than those with lower moisture content.The research results provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf after immersion in water.
