冲击危险区域煤层钻孔卸压效能分析及优化

摘要 针对冲击危险区域煤体钻孔卸压存在卸压距离短、犄角钻孔轨迹偏差大、两帮滞后卸压、卸压盲区多等问题,以徐矿集团天山矿业公司俄霍布拉克煤矿52109材料巷掘进工作面防冲区域卸压为工程背景,设计了掘进面钻场和邻巷钻场2种煤层钻孔布置方式,并对卸压特征进行分析,掘进面钻场前方、两帮和上下犄角普遍存在卸压盲区,邻巷钻场实现了充分卸压,消除了卸压盲区。建立预卸压面积率和单进卸压钻孔指数2个卸压效能分析量化指标,邻巷钻场比掘进面钻场预卸压面积率由5.63%提高到48.00%,单进卸压钻孔指数提高1.91 m。优化后的钻孔布置方式在52109材料巷进行应用,掘进期间消除了卸压盲区,减少了矿震频次和能量,实现了防冲安全掘进。 In response to the problems of short pressure relief distance,large deviation of corner drilling trajectory,lagging pressure relief between the two sides,and multiple blind spots in pressure relief in coal body drilling in impact hazardous areas,two coal seam drilling layout methods,namely the excavation face drilling site and the adjacent roadway drilling site,were designed based on the engineering background of pressure relief in the anti-collision area of the No.52109 material roadway excavation working face of Xukuang Group Tianshan Mining Company′s Okhobrak Coal Mine.The pressure relief characteristics were analyzed.There were generally pressure relief blind spots in front of the excavation face drilling site,on the two sides,and at the upper and lower corners.The adjacent roadway drilling site achieved sufficient pressure relief and eliminated the pressure relief blind spots.Two types of stress relief drilling strategies were designed:one at the roadway cross section and the other from adjacent roadway.The stress relief effect of these strategies was subsequently analyzed.By establishing two quantitative indicators for pressure relief efficiency analysis,namely pre pressure relief area ratio and the pressure relief index in single excavation,the pre relief area rate of the adjacent roadway drilling site increased from 5.63%to 48.00%compared to the excavation face drilling site,and the pressure relief index in single excavation increased by 1.91 m.The optimized drilling layout was applied in the No.52109 material roadway,eliminating pressure relief blind spots during excavation,reducing mining vibration frequency and energy,and achieving safe and anti-collision excavation.
