摘要
为了研究柱状节理岩体在单轴压缩荷载作用下的各向异性,采用聚乙烯醇作为耗材,利用三维打印制备具有不同节理倾角的柱状节理网络,并采用石膏净浆一次浇筑成型施工技术制备柱状节理岩体类岩石试样,通过单轴压缩试验分析所制得试样的各向异性。结果表明:随着节理倾角的增大,试样的单轴抗压强度呈现先增后减再急剧增大的趋势,并在节理倾角为0°、60°时取得极小值,而弹性模量呈现先减后增的趋势;试样的单轴抗压强度、弹性模量的各向异性比分别为37.65、314;节理倾角为15°、90°时的试样脆性破坏特征显著,节理倾角为75°时的试样表现出明显的延性破坏特征;试样在节理倾角小于45°时主要发生垂直于柱体轴向的剪切破坏,在节理倾角为45°~75°时主要发生沿柱体轴向的剪切破坏,在节理倾角为90°时主要发生柱体破坏与节理面张拉破坏;节理面的刚度对柱状节理岩体的各向异性有显著影响,在采用类岩石材料研究柱状节理岩体的力学性能时,应考虑节理面制备方法对柱状节理岩体类岩石试样各向异性的影响。
To research anisotropy of columnar jointed rock mass under uniaxial compressive load,columnar jointed networks with different joint dip angles were prepared by using three-dimensional printing technology taking polyvinyl alcohol as consumable expenditure.Gypsum plaster was used to prepare rock-like specimens of columnar jointed rock mass by using one-time pouring molding construction technology.Anisotropic mechanical behavior of the prepared specimens under uniaxial compressive load was analyzed.The results show that with the increase of joint dip angles,uniaxial compressive strengths of the specimens initially increase and then decrease followed by a sharp increase.There are minimum values at joint dip angles of 0°and 60°.Elastic modulus shows a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.Anisotropy ratios of compressive strength and elastic modulus of the specimens are 37.65 and 314,respectively.Brittle damage characteristics of the specimens with joint dip angles of 15°and 90°are significant,while the specimens with a joint dip angle of 75°show obvious ductile damage characteristics.The specimens with joint dip angles less than 45°mainly undergo shear failure perpendicular to axial direction of columns.The specimens with joint dip angles from 45°to 75°mainly undergo shear failure along axial direction of columns.At a joint dip angle of 90°,main damage modes include column damage and tension damage of joints.Stiffness of joint has a significant influence on anisotropic behaviors of columnar jointed rock mass.When using rock-like materials to research mechanical properties of columnar jointed rock mass,influences of joint manufacturing methods on anisotropy characteristics of rock-like specimens of columnar jointed rock mass should be considered.
