摘要
贵州省地方黄牛产业是推动地方经济发展的重要引擎,也是农民增收的重要途径。通过参与产业发展以及与当地农技干部及养殖场(户)负责人等进行访谈,并通过搜集、整理和分析相关文献资料后认为,黎平地方黄牛产业主要面临草资源匮乏、产业基础薄弱、综合保障不足等三大突出问题。针对存在的问题,提出了要“做精小规模、做强大群体”的总体发展思路,建议应从选准养殖模式及相应的匹配技术、制定和完善产业标准、打造生态高档肉牛品牌等3个方面“做精小规模”,从落实好扶持政策、抓好典型示范、建好良繁体系、构建服务体系和完善产业链等5个方面“做强大群体”。
The local yellow cattle industry in Guizhou Province is an important engine for promoting local economic development and an important way for farmers to increase their income.Through participating in industrial development and conducting interviews with local agricultural technology officials and farm(household)managers,as well as collecting,organizing,and analyzing relevant literatures,it is believed that the local yellow cattle industry in Liping mainly faces three prominent problems:lack of grass resources,weak industrial foundation,and insufficient comprehensive support.In response to the existing problems,the overall development strategy of“refining small-scale and strengthening the group”has been proposed.It is suggested to“refine small-scale”from three aspects:selecting the right breeding mode and corresponding matching technology,formulating and improving industry standards,and creating ecological high-end beef cattle brands,and“strengthen the group”from five aspects:implementing support policies,promoting typical demonstrations,building a good traditional culture system,constructing a service system,and improving the industrial chain.
