艺术类统考命题队伍建设的现状分析与实践探索--以表(导)演类专业为例

摘要 2021年9月教育部对高校艺术类专业考试招生改革作出部署,将表(导)演类专业纳入艺术类统考,由各省统一考试命题。表(导)演类专业考试命题形式丰富多样,命题队伍建设的研究成果,对艺术类统考其他专业具有借鉴价值。通过分析该专业人才选拔的要求和命题队伍的现状,对优化命题队伍建设机制提出具体建议,包括完善命题专家选聘机制、加强命题团队专业培训、建立健全专家管理制度、优化专家监督奖惩制度,以期提升该专业统考命题的专业性、科学性、创新性和公平性,助力表(导)演行业拔尖创新人才选拔。 With the growing demand for national spiritual and cultural enrichment,China's entertainment industry has experienced rapid development,while the scale of the acting and directing profession has been continuously expanding.In September 2021,the Ministry of Education made arrangements for deepening the reform of the enrollment examination for art majors in colleges and universities,incorporating the acting and directing majors into the unified art examination,with the examination questions set by each province.Given the diverse forms of examination questions for acting and directing majors,the research findings on the construction of the question-setting team are also of reference value to other majors in the unified art examination.By analyzing and interpreting the requirements for talent selection in this major and the current status of the question-setting team,the article proposes a series of considerations and specific implementation suggestions for optimizing the construction mechanism of the question-setting team such as improving the selection and appointment mechanism for question-setting experts,strengthening professional training for the question-setting team,establishing and improving expert management systems,and optimizing the supervision and reward-punishment system for experts.The aim is to enhance the professionalism,scientificity,innovation,and fairness of the unified examination questions for this major,and to assist in the selection of top innovative talents in the acting and directing industry.
