摘要
在新时代高校体育改革背景下,课程思政深度融合已成为价值引领的关键议题。基于东中西部九所高校1217名大学生与312名教师的混合数据,研究揭示政策目标与课堂实践存在显著断裂,师资德育胜任力与资源供给不足构成核心瓶颈。运用场域理论、路径依赖分析与多层线性模型,构建“目标—主体—内容—评价”四维融入机制,提出九宫格目标矩阵、三级教师培训体系与项目化教学方案,并以结构方程与Kirkpatrick四级评估模型验证有效性。结果显示,优化策略使学生价值认同度提升34%,教师德育整合能力提高0.85个标准差,课堂思政目标达成率显著增强;该框架在资源相对薄弱的西部院校亦表现出良好适应性,具有广泛推广价值。
In the context of the reform of physical education in universities in the new era,the deep integration of ideological and political education in the curriculum has become a key issue guided by values.Based on mixed data of 1217 college students and 312 teachers from nine universities in the eastern,central,and western regions,the study reveals a significant disconnect between policy goals and classroom practice,with insufficient teacher moral education competence and resource supply forming the core bottleneck.Using field theory,path dependence analysis,and multi-layer linear models,a four-dimensional integration mechanism of“target subject content evaluation”is constructed.A nine grid target matrix,a three-level teacher training system,and a project-based teaching plan are proposed,and their effectiveness is verified by structural equation and Kirkpatrick’s four level evaluation model.The results showed that the optimization strategy increased students'value recognition by 34%,improved teachers’ability to integrate moral education by 0.85 standard deviations,and significantly enhanced the achievement rate of classroom ideological and political goals;This framework has also shown good adaptability in western universities with relatively weak resources and has broad promotion value.
