摘要
宜兴传统紫砂手工制壶技艺的保护与传承和区域法治文化建设存在密切联系。紫砂手工制壶技艺的传承与发展的历史就是从习惯—习惯法—成文法的法律生成与发展的历史。中国传统的“礼”“法”融汇于紫砂手工制壶技艺传承与发展的全过程,也深刻影响着非遗紫砂的保护、传承与发展。
There is a close connection between the protection and inheritance of traditional Yixing purple clay handmade teapot craftsmanship and the construction of regional legal culture.The history of the inheritance and development of the craft of handmade purple clay teapots is the history of legal generation and development from habit,customary law,and written law.The traditional Chinese concepts of“ritual”and“law”have been integrated into the entire process of inheriting and developing the craft of handmade purple clay teapots,and have profoundly influenced the protection,inheritance,and development of intangible cultural heritage purple clay.
