摘要
目的:探讨AirPro-300空气波压力治疗仪对急性后循环缺血性脑梗死患者血流速度及下肢功能的影响。方法:选取天津市第四中心医院2022年8月~2024年8月收治的86例急性后循环缺血性脑梗死患者,根据随机数字表法进行分组,每组43例。对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组在常规康复治疗基础上给予AirPro-300空气波压力治疗仪治疗,两组均持续治疗2周,比较两组的血流速度、下肢肿胀及静脉血栓(DVT)发生率、下肢功能恢复情况。结果:治疗后,观察组的血流速度快于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的下肢肿胀及DVT发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组简化的Fugl-Meyer评定量表下肢部分(FMA-LE)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:AirPro-300空气波压力治疗系统能够改善急性后循环缺血性脑梗死患者血流速度,预防其下肢肿胀及DVT发生,改善其下肢功能。
Objective:To investigate the effect of AirPro-300 air wave pressure therapy device on blood flow velocity and lower limb function in patients with acute posterior circulation ischemic stroke.Methods:86 patients with acute posterior circulation ischemic stroke admitted to Tianjin Fourth Central Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected and divided into groups of 43 cases each using a random number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group received AirPro-300 air wave pressure therapy in addition to routine rehabilitation treatment.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The blood flow velocity,incidence of lower limb swelling and venous thrombosis(DVT),and recovery of lower limb function were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the blood flow velocity in the observation group was faster than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of lower limb swelling and DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The simplified Fugl Meyer assessment scale lower limb part(FMA-LE)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The AirPro-300 air wave pressure therapy system can improve blood flow velocity,prevent lower limb swelling and DVT,and improve lower limb function in patients with acute posterior circulation ischemic stroke.
