高校LAM(图书馆、档案馆、博物馆)协作下的文化育人探索与实践——以重庆医科大学“西迁精神”文化育人为例 被引量:1

摘要 [目的/意义]LAM是高校文化育人体系中最主要的三个部门,积极探讨三馆协同下的文化育人优势、实践路径,将为其他高校开展文化育人工作提供新思路,为新时代文化育人视域下的图档博融合发展提供新借鉴。[方法/过程]采用文献和网络调研法归纳国内外LAM协作概况和国内三馆协作文化育人现状,在深入探析文化育人与高校LAM三馆融合关系的基础上,采用案例分析法全面介绍重庆医科大学LAM协作下的文化育人实践,通过搭建协同文化育人框架,实现对三馆人才队伍、资源融合、场馆协同及载体平台4个方面的优化整合,并形成独具特色的文化育人品牌。[结果/结论]实践证明三馆协同育人成效显著。高校LAM应加大协作力度,积极融入教育育人和校园文化建设的主流工作中,以三馆合力助推校园文化育人服务水平的提高,充分发挥其在文化传承与创新中的重要作用。 [Purpose/Significance]LAM is the three most important departments in the cultural education system of universities.Actively discussing the advantages and practical pathways of the collaborative cultural education among the three libraries will provide new ideas for other universities to carry out cultural education work,and offer new references for the integrated development of libraries,archives,and museums in the context of cultural education in the new era.[Method/Process]This article adopted literature and network research methods to summarize the overview of LAM collaboration at home and abroad,as well as the current situation of cultural education among the three departments in China.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the relationship between cultural education and the integration of LAM in universities,a case analysis method was used to comprehensively introduce the cultural education practice under the LAM collaboration of Chongqing Medical University.A collaborative cultural education framework was constructed to achieve optimization and integration of talent teams,resource integration,venue collaboration,and carrier platforms,and form a unique cultural education brand.[Result/Conclusion]Practice has proven that the collaborative education among the LAM has achieved significant results.LAM in universities should increase their collaboration efforts,actively integrate into the mainstream work of education and campus culture construction,and use the joint efforts of the three departments to promote the improvement of campus cultural education service level,in order to fully play its important role in cultural inheritance and innovation.
