摘要
目的 探讨全员、全程、动态风险评估在住院精神科患者暴力管理中的应用。方法 对2017年1月-2019年12月住院精神患者暴力事件进行发生的例数和特点进行回顾性分析,2020年1月对住院精神病患者暴力管理实施全员、全程、动态风险评估。结果 实施全员、全程、动态风险评估实施前后,暴力事件总发生率实施前9.58%,实施后3.28%,护士工作满意率实施前89.7%,实施后98.7%。结论 全员、全程、动态风险评估应用于住院患者暴力管理,能有效降低精神科患者暴力发生率,提升护士工作满意度,值得临床推广借鉴。
Objective To explore the application of comprehensive,whole-process and dynamic risk assessment in violence management in inpatient psychiatric patients.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on the incidence and characteristics of violent incidents involving inpatients with mental illnesses from January 2017 to December 2019.In January 2020,comprehensive,continuous,and dynamic risk assessments for the management of violence were implemented for inpatients with mental disorders.Result Following the implementation of comprehensive,continuous,and dynamic risk assessments,the total incidence rate of violent incidents decreased from 9.58%pre-implementation to 3.28%post-implementation,and nurse job satisfaction increased from 89.7%pre-implementation to 98.7%post-implementation.Conclusion The application of comprehensive,continuous,and dynamic risk assessment in the management of inpatient violence effectively reduces the incidence of violence among psychiatric patients and improves job satisfaction among nurses.It is worthy of clinical implementation and adoption.
