摘要
目的:探讨股骨骨折术后便秘患者应用穴位敷贴联合揿针治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年6月—2023年6月南通市中医院骨伤科收治的60例股骨骨折术后便秘患者作为对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予穴位贴敷联合揿针治疗。对比观察两组治疗效果、症状积分改善情况及胃肠功能恢复时间。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组排便困难程度、腹胀程度、排便时间、排便频次、粪便性状等症状积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间和排便时间均早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合揿针治疗股骨骨折术后便秘,能更快地促进患者胃肠功能恢复,进一步改善患者便秘相关症状,疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint application combined with press needle in patients with constipation after femoral fracture surgery.Method:A total of 60 patients with constipation after femoral fracture surgery admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group was given acupoint application combined with press needle treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects,improvement of symptom scores and recovery time of gastrointestinal function of the two groups were compared and observed.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the symptom scores such as the degree of defecation difficulty,the degree of abdominal distension,the defecation time,the frequency of defecation,and the characteristics of feces in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds after the operation,the time of first flatulence and the defecation time in the observation group were all earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with press needles in the treatment of constipation after femoral fracture surgery can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients more quickly,further improve the constipation-related symptoms of patients,and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.
