摘要
目的:探究消旋卡多曲颗粒在轮状病毒性肠炎患儿中的疗效及对肠黏膜屏障指标的影响。方法:将2022年1月—2024年1月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院收治的100例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿依据随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用消旋卡多曲颗粒。比较两组总有效率、不良反应发生率、症状消失时间、血清及大便炎症因子[白介素-8(IL-8)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)]及肠黏膜屏障指标[二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸(D-Lac)及内毒素(ET)]。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,症状消失时间均显著早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前两组血清及大便炎症因子、肠黏膜屏障指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、6 d后,两组血清及大便炎症因子、肠黏膜屏障指标均显著低于治疗前,且观察组血清及大便炎症因子、肠黏膜屏障指标均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消旋卡多曲颗粒在轮状病毒性肠炎患儿中的疗效较好,安全性较高,且可显著减轻炎症反应,改善肠黏膜屏障。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Racecadotril Granules in children with rotavirus enteritis and its influence on intestinal mucosal barrier indicators.Method:A total of 100 children with rotavirus enteritis admitted to Ningde Municipal Hospital of Ningde Normal University from January 2022 to January 2024 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Racecadotril Granules on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions,disappearance time of symptoms,serum and fecal inflammatory factors[interleukin-8(IL-8)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)]and intestinal mucosal barrier indicators[diamine oxidase(DAO),D-lactic acid(D-Lac)and endotoxin(ET)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in serum and fecal inflammatory factors and intestinal mucosal barrier indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 and 6 days of treatment,the serum and fecal inflammatory factors and intestinal mucosal barrier in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the serum and fecal inflammatory factors and intestinal mucosal barrier in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Racecadotril Granules have a good therapeutic effect and high safety in children with rotavirus enteritis,which can significantly reduce the inflammatory response and improve the intestinal mucosal barrier.
