摘要
目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性胃溃疡患者采用益生菌、四联疗法治疗的效果。方法:纳入吉安市妇幼保健院和吉安市中心人民医院2020年1月—2021年12月收治的103例Hp阳性胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为A组(n=51)、B组(n=52)。A组采用四联疗法,B组在A组基础上给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊,两组均治疗14 d,之后再继续服用抑酸剂2周。比较两组疗效、胃黏膜功能、炎症相关指标和不良反应。结果:B组总有效率高于A组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、IL-17及降钙素原(PCT)水平降低,B组PGⅡ、SAA、IL-17水平低于A组,两组胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、生长抑素(SS)水平升高,B组高于A组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益生菌联合四联疗法治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡的效果显著,可改善患者胃黏膜功能及炎症相关指标,且安全性良好。
Objective:To investigate the effect of probiotics combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastric ulcer.Method:A total of 103 patients with Hp positive gastric ulcer admitted to the Maternity and Child Health Hospital of Ji’an and Ji’an Central People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were included as the research subjects and divided into group A(n=51)and group B(n=52)by the random number table method.The group A was treated with quadruple therapy,and the group B was treated with Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Capsules on the basis of group A.Both groups were treated for 14 days,and then acid suppressants were continued to be taken for 2 weeks.The therapeutic effect,gastric mucosal function,inflammation-related indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the levels of pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ),serum amyloid A(SAA),IL-17 and procalcitonin(PCT)in both groups decreased,the levels of PGⅡ,SAA and IL-17 in group B were lower than those in group A,the pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ),somatostatin(SS)levels in both groups increased,and those in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Probiotics combined with quadruple therapy is effective in the treatment of Hp positive gastric ulcer,which can improve gastric mucosal function and inflammation-related indicators,and has good safety.
