摘要
海上风电的开发利用是践行双碳目标的重要举措。深远海风力发电用高压电缆制造车间数字化建设已成为推进海上风电用海底电缆、海洋脐带缆、特种电缆研发和制造的有力支撑。通过对海底电缆、海洋脐带缆产线的设备配置和工艺流程的仔细研究,在深远海风力发电用高压电缆制造车间部分工序智能化提升的基础上,利用工业互联网技术进行数字化建设,构建了生产制造数字化管控平台,完成了数字化建设项目,为未来向智能工厂迈进打下了坚实基础。
The development and utilization of offshore wind power is an important measure to achieve the dual carbon goals.The digital construction of the high-voltage(HV)cable manufacturing workshop for deep-sea wind power generation has become a powerful support for promoting the research and manufacturing of submarine cables,marine umbilical cables,and special cables for offshore wind power.Through careful study of equipment configuration and process flow of submarine cable and marine umbilical cable production line,on the basis of intelligent improvement of some processes in the HV cable manufacturing workshop for deep-sea wind power generation,digital construction is carried out using industrial Internet technology,a digital control platform for production manufacturing is built,and digital construction projects are completed,laying a solid foundation for the future to move towards intelligent factories.
