摘要
为了探讨不同炭化温度对果树枝条生物质炭理化性质的影响,选取5种果树(苹果(Malus pumila)、梨(Pyrus)、桃(Prunus persica)、枣(Ziziphus jujuba)、核桃(Juglans regia))枝条,分别在不同炭化温度(300、500、700℃)时制备生物质炭。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、比表面积和孔隙分析、扫描电子显微镜等技术对所得生物质炭的基本理化性质进行表征。结果表明:随着炭化温度的升高,5种果树枝条生物质炭的得率为45.03%~49.70%;温度为300℃时,除了枣(pH=7.55)外,其他4种果树枝条的pH均小于7;温度为500、700℃时,pH>7呈碱性,灰分质量分数增加,而表面官能团种类减少。此外,不同果树枝条生物质炭的理化性质存在显著差异,表明原料种类、炭化温度对生物质炭的性质具有重要的协同影响。
To investigate the effect of different carbonization temperatures on the physicochemical properties of fruit tree branch biomass charcoal,branches from five fruit trees(Malus pumila,Pyrus,Prunus persica,Ziziphus jujuba,and Juglans regia)were selected to prepare biomass charcoal at different carbonization temperatures(300,500,and 700℃).The basic physicochemical properties of the obtained biomass charcoal were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),specific surface area and pore analysis,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and other techniques.The results showed that with the increase in carbonization temperature,the yield of biomass charcoal from the five fruit tree branches ranged from 45.03%to 49.70%.At 300℃,the pH values of four fruit tree branches(except Ziziphus jujuba,pH=7.55)were all less than 7.At 500℃and 700℃,the pH values were>7(alkaline),the ash mass fraction increased,and the types of surface functional groups decreased.In addition,significant differences in the physicochemical properties of biomass charcoal from different fruit tree branches were observed,indicating that the raw material type and carbonization temperature have important synergistic effects on the properties of biomass charcoal.
