摘要
红叶石楠是一种重要的彩叶树种,其观赏和绿化价值却一直受到绣线菊蚜的威胁。为明确绣线菊蚜在该寄主不同部位的适生性,从而在其虫情监测和精准防控方面提供参考依据,本研究在室内条件下以红叶石楠心叶、嫩叶、成叶为材料,测定了绣线菊蚜成蚜取食后的寿命和繁殖情况。结果发现,取食心叶后的绣线菊蚜成蚜平均寿命最短,取食嫩叶与成叶后平均寿命无显著差异;取食不同部位对成蚜产蚜量也有显著影响,取食嫩叶时其产蚜总量最高,其次为成叶,取食心叶时最低;成蚜取食心叶后的繁殖期显著低于取食嫩叶与成叶后,而取食成叶后的繁殖后期显著高于取食其他部位。由此可知,绣线菊蚜在红叶石楠嫩叶上为害最为严重。
As an important colored-leaf plant,the ornamental and greening value of Photinia×serrulate has always been threatened by Aphis spiraecola.In order to clarify the adaptability of adult aphids to different parts of the host,and provide reference for its pest monitoring and precise control,this study measured the lifespan and reproductive status of adult aphids after feeding on the heart leaves,tender leaves,and adult leaves of Photinia×serrulate under indoor conditions.As a result,it was found that the average lifespan of adult aphids feeding on heart leaves was the shortest,and there was no significant difference in average lifespan between those feeding on tender leaves and adult leaves;Different feeding parts also had a significant impact on the production of adult aphids,and the total production of aphids was highest when feeding on tender leaves,followed by adult leaves,and lowest when feeding on heart leaves;The reproductive period of adult aphids after feeding on heart leaves was significantly lower than those after feeding on tender leaves and adult leaves,while the post-reproductive period feeding on adult leaves is significantly higher than those feeding on other parts.Therefore,it could be inferred that A.spiraecola causes the most severe damage on the tender leaves of Photinia×serrulate.
