螺栓连接高强槽钢组合柱轴压性能研究

摘要 对螺栓连接高强槽钢组合柱的轴压性能进行数值研究和理论分析。首先,在高强槽钢组合柱轴压试验研究基础上,利用ABAQUS软件建立三维实体有限元模型,并通过试验结果验证模型的准确性;然后,建立42个有限元模型,分析长细比、腹板高厚比、翼缘宽厚比等参数对组合柱受压稳定性能的影响。最后,评价国内外现有设计规范对高强钢组合柱的适用性,并对设计曲线进行修正。研究结果表明:长细比和槽钢厚度是影响组合柱承载力的主要参数;现行规范对高强钢组合柱在轴向载荷作用下的屈曲强度计算较保守。此外,修正的设计曲线可以更好地预测高强钢组合柱的极限强度。 A numerical study and theoretical analysis of the compressive performance of bolt-connected high strength channel steel built-up columns were conducted.Firstly,based on experimental research on the axial compression of high-strength channel steel built-up columns,a three-dimensional solid finite element model was established using ABAQUS software,and the accuracy of the model was validated with experimental results.Nextly,42 finite element models were expanded to analyze the impact of parameters such as slenderness ratio,web height-to-thickness ratio and flange width-to-thickness ratio on the compressive stability performance of the built-up columns.Finally,the applicability of existing design codes for high-strength steel built-up columns was evaluated,and the design curves were modified.The results indicate that the slenderness ratio and channel thickness are the main parameters affecting the load-bearing capacity of built-up columns.The current codes are relatively conservative in calculating the buckling strength of high-strength steel built-up columns under axial loads.Furthermore,the modified design curves can effectively better predict the ultimate strength of high-strength steel built-up columns.
